Our end however are many farmers’ new start – new start with new bulls or new female animals. Even lots of new knowledge gained at the Farmers’ Day! We wish them the best of luck and hope they will be equally blessed and happy!
Many thanks to all the roll players who made this event so successful. It is not possible to achieve something like this without all of you! Agra has again kicked in big time with their sponsorship in not just organizing the Farmers’ Day and providing us with delicious food, but also to ensure that farmers are exposed to meaningful exhibitors and interesting stalls. To our other sponsors, also thanks a lot! You guys rock!
But without support for both days, in VISITORS and BUYERS, this would all have meant nothing. A big thank you to you all! We sincerely hope to see you there again next year!!
We would like to quote Jim Rohn, “Whatever good things we build end up building us.” So true!
Our reward is indeed in this joyful journey with you all! God bless.

But NOT nowhere to go!
Yeeha - this guy is READY to go to 40 DNA tested and confirmed POLLED Bonsmara cows. Don’t be part of the guessing team anymore, join the DNA team and increase the baby steps to elephant ones. All science and no play no more.
Currently the big challenge is to find polled Bonsmara bulls that can compete with the horned bulls in conformation, muscling, milk and growth. The scarcity of such bulls is slowing down the development of the polled Bonsmara. But not for long - Bonsmara breeders are known for overcoming any problem in the beef cattle industry. We have part of the solution with THIS polled bull – he is a good grower, well-fleshed with good conformation, adequate milk and a helluva head! :) Some more muscling would have been great though. :(
My personal opinion on the development of the polled Bonsmara?
A single breeder will not easily achieve this. It will have to be a concerted and combined effort of many breeders. Detailed breeding plans and objectives combined with an exchange of top polled genetics among the breeders, will be a great start to faster success. We would love to hear your input and opinion on the matter of breeding a top class polled Bonsmara.
