The weight ratio between the forequarter and hindquarter is 55% to 45% in cattle. Looking at these bulls we can understand why the LESSER part in weight, is the GREATER part in the eye!
Few things will impress a farmer as much as well-rounded hindquarters, well-filled inner and outer thighs and good muscling. Even more so when it is complimented by a shiny “Brylcreem” coat which accentuates the muscle definition.
